Quality and Training Lead

About the role

Perth Radiological Clinic is seeking a proactive Quality & Training Lead to join its Patient Support Centre. You will be the central point for training, quality assurance and knowledge management, ensuring the team delivers exceptional patient experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance activities across calls, emails and other patient interactions, aligning with service standards and metrics.
• Develop, deliver and maintain onboarding, induction, refresher and targeted training programs for new and existing staff.
• Provide feedback, coaching and support to Patient Support Centre team members, partnering with Team Leaders on action plans.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training materials, work instructions, procedures and knowledge articles.
• Govern and improve the Patient Support Centre knowledge base, coordinating updates from business and system changes.
• Lead, coach and develop direct reports to boost performance, engagement and capability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process and workflow enhancements.

Required profile

• Experienced quality and assurance professional with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop a team.
• Proven experience managing people, performance and productivity KPIs.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
