Senior Project Manager - Technology Development

About the role

CR Powered by Epiroc is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its Technology Development team in Brisbane, based in Cannon Hill with a hybrid culture. The role suits someone comfortable stepping into complexity, managing competing priorities and bringing people together to reach an outcome.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects across the Technology Development portfolio, working with technical, operational and business teams, as well as external partners and vendors.
• Create clarity when situations are complex or ambiguous and bring people together around a common outcome.
• Keep projects moving while keeping sight of the bigger picture, and spot risks and roadblocks early.
• Have honest conversations when something isn't working or a decision needs to be made.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders and balance project discipline with getting things done.

Required profile

• Experience delivering complex projects or programs, ideally within technology, operations or an industrial environment.
• Comfortable working across different project methodologies.
• Builds credibility quickly, stays organised without being overly bureaucratic, and adapts their approach depending on who is in the room.
• Practical and commercially minded, calm under pressure, respectful challenger, collaborative and influential, credible with senior stakeholders, accountable and focused on progress rather than process.
