Senior Project Manager – High Rise Residential

About the role
This senior position focuses on operational and project‑leadership responsibilities for large‑scale high‑rise residential developments in Sydney. The role is not heavily site‑based and will coordinate approvals, budgets, programmes and site teams across multiple projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage approvals and authority coordination for high‑rise residential projects.
- Oversee budgets and programme delivery to ensure timely completion.
- Support site delivery teams with strategic guidance and resources.
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedule or cost.
- Facilitate communication between consultants, site teams and senior leadership.
Required profile
- 10+ years of construction experience.
- Strong background in high‑rise residential projects.
- Experience with a developer‑builder or major apartment builder preferred.
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑stage projects.
