Senior Project Coordinator – Complex Construction Projects

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across design, procurement, construction and delivery phases.
• Support the Project Manager with planning, reporting, programme and cost control.
• Manage documentation, scopes, procurement and project controls.
• Engage consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, risks and opportunities, and support milestone delivery.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience coordinating medium to large‑scale commercial construction projects in Australia.
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative, proactive approach and genuine interest in a Tier 1 environment.
