Senior Manager – National Operate

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager to join the National Operate team and help deliver its Operate strategy across Australia. The role works closely with Operate leadership, business units and the Growth organisation, shaping solutions for client needs and supporting sales and origination activities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with client‑facing teams to design practical solutions and support thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Drive and support strategic initiatives, including sales pursuit enablement, process transformation and bid/contract management.
• Connect and collaborate across the Deloitte network to strengthen origination and sales campaigns.
• Build capability within the Australian region and uplift team skills.
• Contribute to the development of KPIs, ways of working and guidance for consistent delivery of managed‑service offerings.

Required profile

• Significant experience in managed services, including strategy, sales pursuits or delivery enablement.
• Proven ability to contribute to thought leadership and set up operational frameworks.
• Experience working with local, regional and global teams in a transformation environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
