Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic guidance and advice to senior leaders across our business. This role blends business partnering, organisational effectiveness, talent management, employee relations and transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor on complex people, organisational and workforce matters, delivering pragmatic, commercially focused solutions.
• Lead and support organisational change, transformation, workforce planning and design initiatives.
• Drive strategic talent, succession, performance and leadership development programmes.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, workplace matters and people risk, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.
• Use people data and insights to identify workforce trends, risks and opportunities while improving the employee experience.
• Collaborate with regional and global People & Culture teams to deliver strategic initiatives across ANZ.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HRBP or HR Manager roles.
• Proven ability to partner strategically with senior leaders and translate business priorities into effective people strategies.
• Strong experience in organisational change, transformation, workforce planning, talent and performance management.
• Demonstrated leadership in coaching and developing HR teams while balancing strategic and operational priorities.
• Deep knowledge of employee relations, employment legislation and people risk management.
• Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management, influencing, coaching and communication skills.
• Adaptable to fast‑paced, evolving environments with a pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach.
