About the role
The Human Resource Officer will provide advice and administrative support for HR activities across Coodanup College, ensuring effective workforce planning and consistent application of HR processes.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate staff vacancies, advertising, recruitment administration and appointment processes.
- Manage relief staff recruitment and ensure coverage of absences.
- Maintain the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) with accurate employee records.
- Support staff induction, performance management and provide HR advice while maintaining confidentiality.
Required profile
- Demonstrated knowledge of public sector HR legislation, recruitment and selection policies.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Required skills
- Experience with HRMIS or similar HR information systems.
- Proficiency in recruitment administration and workforce planning.
