Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

The Senior Full Stack Developer will design, build and deliver end‑to‑end digital and AI solutions for HammondCare, turning real business problems into production‑grade systems across front‑end, back‑end, data and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery of complex, multi‑layer solutions spanning user interfaces, services, data and AI.
• Provide technical leadership through hands‑on delivery, influencing outcomes without relying on hierarchy.
• Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver cohesive, high‑impact solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise constraints, including governance, privacy, safety and clinical standards.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of experience in a similar senior full‑stack role.
• Ability to influence without authority and communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Commitment to HammondCare’s Christian mission and inclusive values.

Required skills

• Front‑end: React, TypeScript.
• Back‑end: APIs, microservices.
• Data & scripting: Advanced Python, data pipelines, AI workflow orchestration.
• AI/LLM: Experience with large language models, AI platforms (e.g., Fabric, AI Foundry) and moving AI from prototype to production.
