Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager - Corporate Finance, you will establish and grow the Group's FP&A and performance reporting capability. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and planning processes, enhance performance visibility, and deliver insights that support strategic decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group‑wide budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support performance analysis and strategic decisions.
• Build and enhance automated reporting, dashboards and KPI frameworks using Power BI and Excel.
• Partner with business leaders to analyse performance, challenge assumptions and identify risks and opportunities.
• Deliver clear, actionable financial insights and executive reporting for senior leadership.
• Undertake scenario analysis, business cases and investment evaluations to support strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• CA or CPA qualification with 5+ years of FP&A, commercial finance or management reporting experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate financial data into practical business insights.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable presenting to senior leaders.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and automation.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Power BI capability with experience handling large or complex datasets.
• Financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting expertise.
