About the role

This position is within a community and healthcare services organisation, providing financial analysis, performance reporting and advisory support to operational divisions.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver performance reporting, variance analysis, KPIs and workforce cost analysis for leadership and committees.
  • Partner with leaders on scenario modelling, cost‑benefit analysis and business case development.
  • Assist with budget builds, rolling forecasts and re‑forecasting across portfolios.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to explain performance, develop financial literacy and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

Required profile

  • Experience in accounting, month‑end processes, reconciliations and record‑keeping across funding structures.
  • Experience in government‑funded environments or process re‑engineering is advantageous.
  • Progress toward or completion of CA/CPA qualifications is advantageous.

Required skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and reporting tools.
