Manager, Securitisation Trade Services (5‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Manager, Securitisation Trade Services will oversee the ongoing management of securitisation facilities, including warehouse debt facilities, capital markets issuance and trust management for ANZ's Group Treasury secured funding programmes such as Kingfisher and Covered Bonds.

Key responsibilities

• Support new deal origination and manage the existing portfolio for Structured Capital Markets and Group Treasury businesses.
• Oversee trust management activities for secured funding transactions, reviewing reports and notices to facilitate payments and funding.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including risk, legal, trustees and clients, to obtain data, perform verification checks and ensure compliance.
• Manage initial funding/issuance, establishment of warehouses and term transactions, and produce portfolio, performance and exposure reports.
• Train and develop senior analysts, and contribute to process improvements for efficiency and customer experience.

Required profile

• Experience in markets or lending operations with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, organise tasks and prioritise workload.
• Initiative, maturity and a supportive attitude in an unsupervised team environment.
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline are desirable.
