Finance Manager

About the role

An experienced Finance Manager is needed to support a fast‑growing global organisation operating in mining and commodity markets. The role will strengthen financial governance, improve commercial insight and help build a scalable finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead accurate and timely financial reporting across global subsidiaries and improve month‑end, reconciliation and consolidation processes.
• Drive consistency and financial control across multiple international entities, enhance ERP utilisation and develop automated workflows.
• Support global budgeting, forecasting, performance management and cash‑flow forecasting, funding and strategic investment decisions.
• Analyse financial performance to identify opportunities for profitability, working capital and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field with CA, CPA or equivalent qualification.
• 15+ years of experience in accounting, finance or audit, preferably in global trading, commodities or multinational environments.
• Strong multi‑entity consolidation, global reporting and cross‑border transaction knowledge.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience with financial data analysis tools.
