Senior Deal Desk Analyst

About the role

Alteryx is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to support a high‑paced sales team in Sydney. Reporting to the Manager, Deal Desk, you will manage the Quote‑to‑Order cycle, ensuring deals are structured to maximize revenue while complying with policies.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to Sales on quoting, contracting options, approval processes, and value positioning.
• Manage complex, strategic deals from concept to booking, coordinating with Sales, Revenue Recognition, and Legal teams.
• Interpret contractual language, draft commercial terms, and ensure compliance with legal and revenue policies.
• Conduct regular 1:1s with Sales Managers to prioritize pipeline deals and maintain accurate bookings forecasts.
• Deliver training on policy, process, and system changes, and act as subject‑matter expert on sales approval and order acceptance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in a Deal Desk role within Enterprise Software/SaaS B2B.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem‑solving skills, and ability to partner across functions.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in high‑volume periods.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar CPQ tool.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with DocuSign CLM or similar contract management tool.
