Senior Customer Success Manager

About the role

As a Senior Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Accounts at Dialpad, you will guide customers through their entire journey, ensuring they achieve measurable value from our AI‑powered communication platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead post‑sales activities, building strong relationships and driving product adoption.
• Oversee customer training, best‑practice development, and continuous value delivery.
• Conduct business reviews and status calls to align goals, identify growth or risk, and share performance insights.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and tailor feature discussions to customer needs.
• Manage escalations with urgency, coordinating cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.

Required profile

• 8+ years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS environment.
• Experience in Telecommunications and Contact Center space (UCaaS/CcaaS).
• Proven ability to interact with and influence C‑level executives.
• Track record working with large enterprise customers.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills.
