Senior Consultant - Finance Automation

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to lead finance and supply‑chain automation projects using our AI‑powered platform. You will work directly with clients to assess current finance operations, identify automation opportunities, and deliver solutions that boost performance and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the functional authority on BTP’s AI‑driven automation platform.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to capture current‑state processes, pain points, and future‑state opportunities.
• Lead requirements elicitation for both functional and non‑functional needs.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured specifications for delivery and development teams.
• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, including scope, schedule, milestones, budget and resources.
• Coordinate across client, partner and internal teams to ensure high‑quality execution.
• Analyse finance and operational processes to assess automation suitability and business value.
• Support design and implementation of end‑to‑end automation solutions.
• Champion AI adoption, platform innovation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong analytical rigour and finance subject‑matter expertise.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and eliciting detailed requirements.
• Proven ability to manage scope, delivery risks and implementation outcomes.
• Experience guiding clients through process redesign and automation adoption.
