Senior Client Account Manager

About the role

Pattern is a global ecommerce accelerator seeking a strategic, commercially‑minded Senior Account Manager to lead high‑profile client relationships and drive digital growth across performance media, marketplaces and D2C channels.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for 7‑8 high‑profile clients, building trusted relationships through regular face‑to‑face meetings, digital check‑ins and proactive communication.
• Provide strategic direction to channel teams, ensuring initiatives align with each client’s business goals.
• Act as project manager: schedule work, manage timelines and guarantee seamless delivery across teams.
• Oversee campaign delivery across channels, meeting scope, timelines, budgets and KPIs.
• Identify and present new growth opportunities that deliver measurable impact.

Required profile

• 4+ years’ account management experience in a digital or full‑service agency.
• Strong commercial acumen and confident presenter and communicator.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for turning data into meaningful client outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑channel teams and manage complex projects.

Required skills

• Expertise in SEM, Social Advertising and SEO.
• Proficiency creating reports from Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta platforms.
