Senior BIM Consultant – Buildings

About the role

We are looking for a Senior BIM Consultant to join our Perth team and drive digital delivery across major building projects, including health, resources, commercial and defence sectors. You will shape BIM strategy, improve model quality and enable efficient collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BIM strategy and delivery for large‑scale building projects in Perth.
• Develop and govern BIM Execution Plans, standards, workflows and model QA/QC processes.
• Coordinate with discipline leads, project managers and clients to define BIM requirements.
• Run coordination sessions, manage clash detection, model federation and issue resolution.
• Support defence‑related projects and adhere to security requirements where applicable.

Required profile

• Proven experience in BIM management/coordination on complex building projects in Australia (health, resources, commercial high‑rise, defence or similar).
• Strong capability developing BIM Execution Plans, project standards and information management.
• Ability to mentor and uplift BIM capability across teams.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Australian citizenship or eligibility for government security clearance may be required for some projects.
