Senior Associate – Technical Architecture Lead

About the role

We are looking for a highly capable, technically driven architect to lead the delivery of complex, high‑profile projects across defence, infrastructure, secure facilities and data centres. The role spans the full project lifecycle, from design development through to construction delivery and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical documentation reviews and ensure consistent, high‑quality output across the office.
• Develop architectural design packages, detailed Revit/BIM models and construction documentation.
• Resolve complex coordination issues with structural, civil, MEP, security and specialist consultants.
• Manage architectural packages, deliverables and documentation within D&C, design‑and‑build and alliance delivery models.
• Provide construction‑phase services such as RFIs, shop‑drawing reviews and site inspections.
• Mentor junior architects and documentation staff, and run technical workshops and design reviews.

Required profile

• 10–15+ years of architectural experience on large‑scale, technically complex projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary coordination and documentation standards.
• Experience working with clients, contractors and consultants in collaborative delivery models.
• Strong interest in technical leadership, continuous improvement and innovation.
