About the role
We are recruiting a Senior Associate to join the Sydney Commercial Litigation team of a leading international law firm. This role offers the chance to work on sophisticated, high‑value disputes while taking on greater responsibility within an established practice.
Key responsibilities
- Advise major Australian and international corporates on a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including contractual, corporate, construction and high‑value litigation matters.
- Collaborate closely with experienced Partners and major corporate clients across various industries, developing client relationships and assuming meaningful responsibility.
Required profile
- Established Senior Associate with strong commercial litigation experience gained at a leading Australian, international or reputable mid‑tier firm.
- Strong academic background, excellent drafting skills and proven experience managing complex commercial disputes; exposure to construction‑related disputes is advantageous.
