Litigation Associate – Property Law

About the role

Join a highly regarded national property law firm in Sydney as a Litigation Associate, working directly under an experienced partner and alongside top practitioners. You will handle a mix of litigation, advisory and commercial property matters while enjoying a genuine work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Support a diverse range of property‑related commercial disputes, including strata and community title disputes, construction and contractual issues, and debt recovery.
• Draft legal correspondence, court documents and client advice; attend court hearings and prepare materials for interlocutory and final hearings.
• Brief counsel, assist with witness and expert evidence, and manage your own files with growing responsibility.

Required profile

• At least 3 years post‑qualification experience as a litigation lawyer; more experienced candidates considered.
• Ambitious, proactive self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Strata/property experience is highly regarded but not essential.
