Senior Analyst - External Audit

About the role

KPMG's Audit teams deliver specialised quality audit and assurance services, including independent financial statement audits that help maintain investor confidence. As a Senior Analyst in the Melbourne Audit & Assurance team, you will support audit operations and contribute to the delivery of quality assurance and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide audit operational support on engagements, focusing on preparation, delivery, reporting and evaluation of audit results in response to stakeholder and regulator needs.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
• Build strong relationships with audit clients and play a key role in delivering quality assurance and reporting.

Required profile

• A proven track record of high performance and success.
• Strong IFRS skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated team leadership abilities.
• Relevant tertiary qualification, including a CA or CPA or equivalent, or the ability to obtain a CA or CPA.
