Senior Tax Consultant

About the role

PKF Melbourne, a full-service accounting firm within the global PKF network spanning 150 countries, is seeking a Senior Tax Consultant with 3-4 years of taxation consulting experience. You will join the growing Tax Consulting team and work closely with the Tax Manager and Tax Partner, supporting a diverse client base from SMEs to multinational groups across tax compliance, advisory, transactions and restructures.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with clients to meet their tax compliance and transactional needs
• Work on a range of engagements, from enterprise compliance to multinational advisory, broadening your skill set
• Deliver value to clients in a team environment
• Explain tax concepts clearly and draft tax advice
• Build internal relationships with business stakeholders and external relationships with advisers and clients
• Assist with tax audits, reviews and investigations by revenue authorities

Required profile

• 3-4 years of taxation consulting experience
• CA qualification or Tax Institute accreditation
• Business, Commerce, Law or Masters of Tax qualification
• Australian work rights preferred
