Senior Account Manager – Retail Sector

About the role

Join a fast‑growing consulting business with a 20‑year history in business applications. The Senior Account Manager will own Tier 1 retail accounts across Australia, driving revenue through new opportunities, renewals and AI‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow top retail customers, uncovering upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing contracts.
• Present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and demonstrate value across Business Apps, Digital Transformation, Professional Services and AI inventory solutions.
• Collaborate with consulting and SI teams to map national customer landscapes and align technical offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a consulting or systems‑integrator environment handling Tier 1 accounts.
• Strong track record of building deep, long‑term relationships with large customers and achieving revenue targets.

What we offer

• Base salary of AUD 180K plus superannuation.
