Senior Account Executive

About the role

As a Senior Account Executive you will drive the sales operation from prospecting new business to closing deals and managing a portfolio of client accounts. You will work with in‑house technical experts to present Darktrace’s AI‑driven cyber threat defence solutions to information security professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly revenue targets through acquisition of new accounts within the assigned territory.
• Identify, develop, and qualify leads; self‑sourcing efforts supplemented by regional Marketing, Inside Sales, and Channel teams.
• Present and demonstrate Darktrace cyber threat defence solutions to information security experts and C‑level executives.
• Partner closely with Darktrace Subject Matter Experts, Technical Account Managers and Cyber Threat Analysts to deliver Proof of Values (POVs) to prospective customers.

Required profile

• At least three years of outbound B2B sales experience selling complex software; experience in cyber security solutions preferred.
• Clear, working sales methodology and passion for hunting new business.
• Confident, polished communicator with proven ability to build strong professional relationships.
