Senior Account Executive, APAC Civilian

About the role

Dataminr is seeking a senior sales professional to lead expansion in the International Civilian Government market across APAC. The role is remote within Australia and focuses on discovering and winning new business in countries such as Australia, Japan, Singapore, and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategic and tactical sales capture plans to achieve quarterly and annual growth targets.
• Build and maintain a pipeline 3‑5 times the sales quota and develop long‑term customer partnerships.
• Generate demand for Dataminr’s real‑time alerting products and integrate them into customer workflows.
• Provide accurate weekly sales forecasts and act as a sector subject‑matter expert.

Required profile

• 7+ years of enterprise software or SaaS sales experience, preferably in the civilian government sector.
• Proven track record of prospecting, developing use cases, and closing strategic opportunities.
• Strong ability to navigate and influence multiple stakeholder groups in complex buying processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and appropriate security clearance.
