About the role
The Wharf Restaurant & Bar and Folio, located within the Sydney Theatre Company at the Walsh Bay Arts Precinct, are seeking experienced Section Waiters. The venues offer waterfront views, contemporary Australian dining, crafted cocktails and small plates, serving pre-theatre dining, busy restaurant service, private functions, catered events and opening nights.
Required profile
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role in quality restaurants or premium venues
- Ability to manage their own section and deliver polished, attentive service
- Strong food, beverage, wine and cocktail knowledge
- Well-presented, professional and detail-focused, staying calm and organised under pressure
- Valid NSW RSA
- Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays, primarily evening shifts around 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm, about 15-20 hours per week
