Seasonal Store Associate – Flexible Shifts

About the role

UNIQLO is seeking Seasonal Store Associates to deliver exceptional customer service in its Canberra Centre store. As the front‑line brand ambassador, you will help shoppers find the right products and ensure a welcoming store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers with a friendly attitude.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and visual merchandising on the shop floor.
• Provide excellent service at fitting rooms and checkout stations.
• Process deliveries, keep stock areas tidy, and manage back‑of‑house equipment.
• Replenish inventory and update displays as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑service roles is preferred.
• Approachable and comfortable engaging with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions quickly.
• Motivation to achieve high performance standards.

Required skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Basic stock handling and merchandising.
