SAP Sales Director – Energy, Utilities & Resources

About the role

PwC Australia is seeking an experienced, well-connected Sales Director to lead its SAP go-to-market efforts across the Energy, Utilities & Resources sector in Perth. The role suits someone with deep market relationships and a proven track record of winning SAP EU&R engagements, acting as the face of the SAP business in the region and building pipeline and closing complex deals.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the SAP sales strategy for the EU&R sector across Perth and Western Australia
• Build and nurture relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers in mining, energy and utilities clients
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline from origination through to close
• Position and sell complex SAP solutions such as S/4HANA, RISE and cloud transformation
• Act as the local SAP leader, representing the firm's capability and building its reputation
• Collaborate with delivery, presales and SAP/partner ecosystem teams to shape winning propositions
• Provide market intelligence and account planning to inform regional strategy

Required profile

• Enterprise sales, business development or account leadership experience
• Strong SAP background, ideally gained at SAP or a leading system integrator
• Proven experience selling into Energy, Utilities & Resources, with mining experience highly preferred
• Established local network of senior client relationships in Perth/Western Australia
• Track record of winning and growing complex, high-value deals
• Executive-level engagement skills and self-starting ability
