Sales & Estimating Coordinator

About the role

A national provider of civil engineering, fencing and manufacturing solutions is looking for a Sales & Estimating Coordinator to join its growing team and help generate new projects for the construction pipeline. The role is based in Perth and is open to candidates with full Australian working rights; no sponsorship is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing client relationships with mining, industrial, utilities and government clients.
• Prepare accurate project quotations and estimates.
• Determine project scope, materials and pricing, on and off site.
• Work closely with clients, estimators, project managers and operations teams to deliver fencing and infrastructure solutions.
• Manage customer communications throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate project handovers to operations and project teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in estimating for civil, fencing, construction or landscaping.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate on project scope.
• Experience working onsite with project managers, contractors and trades people.
• Current Australian driver's licence.

Required skills

• Computer literacy for estimating software.
