Sales Representative – Rental Power Solutions

About the role

As a Sales Representative – Rental Solutions based in Karratha, you will work closely with customers across the Pilbara and Northwest WA region to understand their challenges and deliver rental power generation and temperature control solutions that support their operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across mining, infrastructure, ports and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding EPSA's presence throughout the region.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation and close.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, customer records and sales activity within CRM systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales within industrial, technical, rental or related environments.
• Demonstrated success in solution‑based selling and achieving sales growth targets.
• Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing a sales territory, customer portfolio and sales pipeline.
• Ability to work autonomously and travel regularly throughout regional and remote Western Australia.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities, forecasting and customer engagement.
• Knowledge of rental power generation, generators and temperature control equipment.
