Sales Operations & Enablement Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Operations & Enablement Coordinator will help the Sales Finance business work smarter, faster and with stronger governance by designing, automating and continuously improving operational processes, AI agents, CRM workflows and risk controls.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain scalable sales operations processes, maps, guides and playbooks, identifying gaps and coordinating improvements with stakeholders.
• Maintain clear reporting on operational issues, themes, actions, ownership and outcomes to strengthen accountability.
• Design, implement and manage AI agents and automated workflows, prioritising efficiency and knowledge‑management opportunities.
• Work with technology and data teams to ensure AI and automation solutions are accurate, fit‑for‑purpose and properly governed.
• Coordinate CRM processes, workflows and operating rhythms (Salesforce or equivalent) to improve adoption, data quality and reporting.
• Facilitate cross‑functional coordination across Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Training, Product, Technology and Risk teams.

Required profile

• Experience in sales operations, enablement, process improvement or operational excellence.
• Understanding of risk, compliance, controls and audit requirements, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Strong written communication, organisational and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and drive accountability without direct authority.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) management experience.
• Experience creating or supporting AI agents and workflow automation.
• Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate insights, automate routine work and generate reporting.
