Sales Manager – Dental Equipment

About the role

Henry Schein, the leading supplier of dental solutions in Australia, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its Dental Equipment business. Reporting to the Head of Equipment and Service, you will drive sales growth, improve margins, develop team capability and execute strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a national Equipment Sales team of around 10 specialists.
• Drive sales and margin growth across treatment units, imaging, sterilisation and plant room solutions.
• Execute and continuously refine the equipment sales strategy, focusing on high‑margin and exclusive products.
• Increase uptake of preventative maintenance and service plans as part of the sales process.
• Improve adoption of sales tools and systems, including Salesforce CPQ.
• Monitor performance, analyse results and implement improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Service, Finance, Marketing and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience in Dental, Medical Devices, Healthcare or a related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitable growth.
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing sales teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on margin‑focused selling.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business functions.
