Sales Executive – Luxury Jewellery

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Parramatta, NSW, and focuses on delivering a premium sales experience for luxury jewellery and diamond customers. The Sales Executive welcomes clients, understands their needs, and provides personalized product recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients, conduct product demonstrations and explain design and quality features.
• Prepare quotations, process sales transactions and handle cash, invoices and POS documentation accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the showroom is presentable.
• Support inventory checks, stock management and regular stock takes.
• Follow up with clients, build long‑term relationships and assist with promotional events.

Required profile

• Strong retail and luxury sales skills, including consultative selling, upselling and closing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Clear verbal communication and confident product presentation.
• Attention to detail with the ability to learn and explain diamond grades, precious metals and jewellery designs.
• Basic numerical, POS and cash‑handling competence.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site, including weekends or peak trading hours, and collaborate with a small boutique team.
• Prior experience in jewellery, luxury retail or high‑value product sales is highly desirable.
• Professional presentation, reliability and a strong commitment to ethical conduct.
