Sales Engineer (Survey) – APAC

About the role

Trimble is looking for a Sales Engineer (Survey) to act as the primary technical catalyst across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will enable distribution partners and customers to adopt Trimble’s Survey and Geospatial portfolio, supporting critical infrastructure, construction and geospatial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert training and technical guidance to authorised distribution partners across APAC, demonstrating and implementing Trimble’s geospatial solutions.
• Develop and execute regional go‑to‑market strategies, translating market intelligence into growth plans for the Geospatial portfolio.
• Interface directly with high‑profile customers to ensure seamless deployment of complex construction and surveying technologies.
• Drive adoption of Connect and Scale initiatives, including Trimble Business Center, Trimble Access and Trimble Connect.

Required profile

• Deep technical expertise in surveying (cadastral, topographic, or construction) or engineering with a strong grasp of digital construction principles.
• Proven experience in sales enablement or technical training, influencing both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to create digital content such as workflow tutorials and presentations.
• Willingness to travel extensively (70% first year, 50% thereafter) and work in a fast‑paced, regional environment.
