Sales Director, Enterprise – ANZ

About the role

Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives for Braze’s Customer Journey Orchestration platform in the ANZ region, driving net‑new business and expanding the customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, nurture and lead a world‑class sales team.
• Set and execute an aggressive customer acquisition and expansion strategy for the region.
• Align go‑to‑market teams (BDR, marketing, value engineering, SolCon, executive) to deliver a unified vision.
• Coach the team through the sales process, participate in deals, and provide accurate forecasting.
• Represent Braze in prospect, customer and industry forums.
• Plan and manage both strategic and operational activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading Enterprise Account Executives.
• Proven ability to recruit, retain, inspire and develop top talent.
• Experience guiding teams through the full SaaS lifecycle: prospecting, acquisition, retention and growth.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration with Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal and Sales Operations.

• Excellent commercial and legal negotiation abilities.
• Strong technical and business acumen to engage multiple customer personas across industries.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of digital and application trends, especially in the mobile space.
