Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, self‑starting Sales Development Representative to join ZenaTech. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads across the Agricultural, Construction and Energy sectors using a variety of online tools and outreach methods.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google and other research tools.
• Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients in target industries.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls and follow‑ups in the BOX SOS CRM system.
• Research potential clients and decision‑makers to craft effective outreach strategies.
• Leverage social media platforms to support lead generation and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach campaigns.
• Track and report on lead generation metrics and performance.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing or sales support (entry‑level candidates with the right skills are welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a can‑do attitude.
• Comfortable with high‑volume calling and target‑driven environments.
