Customer Success Partner – Credit Risk

About the role

FICO is seeking a senior Customer Success Partner to act as a trusted executive advisor for high‑value financial services customers in Australia. The role focuses on credit‑risk solutions, driving retention, expansion and measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and sustain deep relationships with C‑level stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor on credit‑risk, fraud and decisioning.
• Develop multi‑year account strategies, identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and own the commercial health of each portfolio.
• Translate FICO’s platform capabilities into tangible business impact such as reduced credit losses or improved collections.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (solution consulting, product, professional services, sales) without direct authority to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Drive renewal conversations, maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce and provide executive‑level reporting.

Required profile

• Senior customer‑facing experience in strategic account management, enterprise customer success or management consulting, preferably in financial‑services SaaS.
• Deep domain expertise in credit risk, fraud prevention, customer lifecycle management or decisioning analytics.
• Proven track record of influencing C‑level executives and delivering revenue growth and expansion.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for storytelling and risk identification.
• Experience working in matrixed organisations and leading cross‑functional initiatives.
