Sales Development Representative

About the role

Join CrowdStrike as a Sales Development Representative and help organizations protect their digital assets. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, introducing them to CrowdStrike’s AI‑native security platform and setting up qualified meetings for account executives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct multi‑channel outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to generate new pipeline.
• Qualify inbound leads from campaigns, content, and events.
• Use AI tools to research accounts, prioritize outreach, and craft personalized messages.
• Book meetings with prospects and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with account executives, marketing, and channel partners to align outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Strong interest in cybersecurity and AI, with a positive attitude toward feedback.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to handle objections.
• Willingness to learn sales craft and technical concepts quickly.
