Sales Development Representative

About the role

Join ClickView’s Australian sales team as a Sales Development Representative, driving new business with K‑12 schools across Australia. You will work in a high‑volume outbound environment, collaborating with Business Development Managers and progressing toward a BDM role.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect schools through calls, email and LinkedIn outreach on a daily basis.
• Identify and engage potential customers, qualify leads by understanding their challenges.
• Test and refine messaging to improve conversion rates.
• Book product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimise outreach strategies.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years experience in an SDR role within SaaS or technology.
• Proven track record of hitting targets in a high‑volume outbound setting.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging new contacts.
• Proactive, resilient mindset with good time‑management abilities.
• Genuine interest in education or curiosity about how schools operate.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using outreach tools such as Outreach.
