Sales Development Representative – Australia & New Zealand

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Australia, you will help build an effective outbound sales strategy and work closely with Account Executives. The role focuses on partnering with enterprises to create new experiences and monetisation opportunities using ElevenLabs’ breakthrough voice technology.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect target accounts across the ANZ region.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track pipeline metrics.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to convey customer needs and feedback.
• Represent ElevenLabs at industry events and virtual outreach sessions.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑velocity environment.
• Strong interest in AI and voice technology.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a global team.
