Sales Consultant – Luxury Furniture

About the role

Nick Scali is seeking energetic Sales Consultants to join its network of luxury furniture showrooms across Australia and New Zealand. In this role you will represent a market‑leading brand, showcase premium, high‑demand furniture collections and help customers create stylish homes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive showroom sales by actively engaging with customers and presenting product solutions.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Build lasting relationships through a customer‑first approach and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Maintain visual standards and product knowledge to ensure an inspiring buying environment.
• Accurately record interactions and sales activity in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven track record of sales success in a retail or consultative environment.
• Strong communication and closing abilities.
• Professional presence and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ambition to maximise earnings through performance.
• Experience in sectors such as furniture, luxury retail, automotive, real estate, jewellery, appliances or similar is valued.
