About the role
Join Compare the Market as a Sales Consultant helping Australians compare health insurance options. You’ll receive warm, qualified leads, comprehensive training and ongoing coaching to succeed without cold calling.
Key responsibilities
- Speak with customers actively looking to compare health insurance and understand their needs.
- Recommend suitable cover options, build trust and deliver a positive experience.
- Help customers make informed decisions and work towards achievable sales targets.
Required profile
- Confident communicator who builds rapport easily.
- Motivated by goals and rewards, enjoys helping customers find the right solution.
- Coach‑able, eager to learn and able to navigate multiple computer systems.
