• Identify and engage potential clients through online and offline channels while supporting marketing activities.
• Participate in comprehensive training covering financial markets, foreign exchange, trading strategies, platform operations, and risk management.
• Respond to client enquiries professionally and build long‑term relationships by providing excellent customer service and ongoing support.
• Gather client feedback, monitor market trends, and provide insights to improve products and services.
• Work towards individual performance targets while continuously developing sales, communication, and financial market knowledge.

Required profile

• Strong motivation for personal growth and achieving results.
• Interest in financial markets and the foreign exchange (FX) industry.
• Willingness to engage in sales, client communication, customer service, and business development.
• Excellent learning ability, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• No prior experience required; full paid training will be provided.
• Mandarin language proficiency preferred.
