Retail Store Manager – Artarmon Showroom

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager for our Artarmon showroom. You will lead, coach and inspire a sales team to meet individual and store targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a luxury furniture environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the showroom sales team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
• Drive sales performance through expert product knowledge and outstanding customer service.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Work with the Regional Sales Manager to create and execute strategies that maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain showroom standards, including visual merchandising and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in furniture, jewellery, automotive, bedding, luxury goods or travel.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and growth mindset.
• Excellent organisational abilities and proactive problem‑solving.
• Commitment to coaching and developing team members.
