Retail Sales Assistant – Green Hills (East Maitland)

About the role

Join the Ghanda team as a Retail Sales Assistant at the Green Hills store in East Maitland. You will be the front‑line ambassador delivering the Ghanda experience to every customer who walks through the doors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and assist customers with product selection.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system, handle transactions and perform till reconciliation.
• Maintain store presentation according to visual merchandising standards.
• Receive and process stock deliveries, conduct inventory checks and organise merchandise on the floor.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Alignment with Ghanda’s brand values and culture.
• Flexible availability, including school holidays, and reliable transport.
