Key responsibilities

• Provide expert patient counselling and medication advice.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and customer‑centric pharmacy environment.
• Drive continuous improvement in operations and customer service.

Required profile

• Passion for community pharmacy and patient care.
• Ability to lead and support a team in delivering safe, high‑quality services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and AHPRA registration.

Required skills

• Retail pharmacy experience (preferred but not essential).
