Retail Merchandiser – Melbourne (Casual)

About the role

Join CROSSMARK as a Retail Merchandiser in Melbourne, working directly with a market‑leading FMCG snack brand. This casual position offers regular, consistent work of 6‑8 hours each Thursday, supporting brand displays and store relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Brand Representative to support sales performance in the territory.
• Create, build, and maintain quality point‑of‑sale displays in stores.
• Engage with store staff to secure additional promotional space.
• Report tasks and capture photos daily via the StoreTrack app.

Required profile

• Supermarket retail or merchandising experience.
• Valid car driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (learners permit not accepted).
• Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Availability every Wednesday.
