About the role

The 18‑month Retail Leadership Graduate Program at Reece is designed to fast‑track graduates into retail management. You will rotate through specialty business units and receive comprehensive training to prepare for an Assistant Branch Manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a 5‑day induction and ongoing blended learning experiences.
• Rotate across select specialty business units, providing advice on products and services such as plumbing, sustainable water solutions, HVAC, and building products.
• Apply on‑the‑job training, coaching and mentoring to develop branch‑running skills.

Required profile

• Growth mindset with a passion for learning and development.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Emotional intelligence to build strong customer relationships.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, keep the customer first, and solve problems decisively.

Required skills

• Retail or customer service experience (advantageous but not required).
