Retail Leadership Graduate Program

About the role

The Retail Leadership Graduate Program at Reece is an 18‑month development journey designed to fast‑track graduates into retail management. You will receive permanent employment from day one and rotate through specialty business units to gain hands‑on experience across a wide range of product categories.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a structured learning experience that includes a 5‑day induction, group learning, digital tools, on‑the‑job training, coaching and mentoring.
• Complete rotations in select specialty business units, providing advice on products and services such as plumbing, sustainable water solutions, HVAC, sanitation, kitchen, irrigation and more.
• Prepare to assume the role of Assistant Branch Manager by the end of the program, overseeing branch operations and customer relationships.
