Retail Assistant - Customer Sales & Service

About the role

Repco is looking for a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service) at its Cannington store. You will help customers find the right after-market auto products in a retail and trade environment, from daily drivers to weekend 4WD projects. The role is hands-on and involves receiving, dispatching and putting away stock.

Key responsibilities

• Keep a safety focus for yourself, your teammates and customers
• Provide genuine service and create positive moments with customers
• Use strong customer service to support positive sales performance
• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
• Process stock: receive, dispatch and store
• Contribute to a positive, cooperative team culture

Required profile

• A friendly, enthusiastic and cooperative attitude
• Willingness to learn; no automotive experience needed
• Ability to lift, bend and climb as part of the day
